The Cabinet wished for HH the Amir’s continued good health and happiness, and ongoing growth and prosperity for the nation, its citizens and residents under his visionary leadership, also extending Eid greetings to all Arab and Islamic nations.

From there, the Cabinet approved a draft decision by the Minister of Justice specifying fees for select services provided by the Ministry of Justice. This measure aims to follow updates to Ashghal’s service portfolio, incorporate new services, and exempt select government entities, their administrative units, and contracted companies from specific fees.

The Cabinet then decided to take the necessary measures to ratify an agreement between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Sierra Leone on mutual administrative assistance for optimal customs law enforcement and combating customs violations, and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Sierra Leone for cooperation in education, higher education and scientific research.

Furthermore, the Cabinet approved a draft MoU between the State of Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Kingdom of the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs for cooperation in peaceful dispute resolution and an MoU between the State of Qatar’s Ministry of Transport and the Republic of Ecuador’s Ministry of Transport and Public Works for cooperation in the field of ports.
