The Council of Ministers Secretariat General celebrated Family Day in Qatar, observed annually on April 15. In commemoration of the occasion, the Secretariat illuminated its building in green to highlight the importance of the family and its role in building society and promoting shared responsibilities among all its members.

The Council of Ministers Secretariat General celebration of this occasion reaffirms the importance of the family as society's cornerstone and its central and active role in development. The family is considered the fundamental building block in establishing a progressive and prosperous society that fulfills the goals of the Third National Development Strategy and supports the pillars of Qatar National Vision 2030.
