In recognition of the national commitment values, and in appreciation of the employees who have provided distinguished services, His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, honored several employees of the Council of Ministers Secretariat General and the Ministry of Justice yesterday evening.
This celebration was organized during a Ramadan Ghabqa by the two Entities, in presence of His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Ahmed Hassan Al-Hassan Al-Muhannadi, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers and His Excellency Mr. Saeed bin Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, along with distinguished lawyers, experts, directors of legal departments, and heads of departments in various ministries and State entities.
In line with the Human Development Pillar of Qatar National Vision 2030, and within the efforts of the Council of Ministers Secretariat General and the Ministry of Justice to appreciate the role of national cadres in achieving strategic goals, this event was organized to stimulating and developing the work environment, consolidating a culture of achievement based on increasing outstanding performance, and enhancing the personal and human values of employees, especially veteran employees.
In his speech, HE Mr. Al Mohannadi, stressed the Ministry's keenness to organize this event with the participation of all members of the legal sector in the Country, emphasizing the shared responsibility to advance the Qatari legal system and improve communication and professional cohesion among those working in this field.
His Excellency mentioned that this meeting reflects the belief in the importance of enhancing effective communication among the professionals in the government legal sector, as it impacts positively on the work and the exchange of views. This contributes to harmonize the national strategies mechanisms and is generally reflected in the development of the Qatari legal system.
On the sidelines of the celebration, HE the Minister emphasized that this event represents the importance of those veteran employees’ role as a source of wisdom and experience and reflects the State's commitment to appreciate their contributions throughout their service to the nation. His Excellency extended his thanks and appreciation to the honorees for their efforts and achievements, which represents a source of inspiration for future generations to continue advancing and development under the wise leadership of the State.
At the conclusion of Ghabga, participants expressed their appreciation for this initiative and its importance in fostering a positive work environment within government institutions, encouraging fruitful cooperation among legal professionals, and instilling the values of giving and dedication in work, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
